This work conjures an otherworldly landscape where women’s craft and industrial materials collide in defiance of prestige and bodily control. I subvert decorative forms- such as the historically masculine neoclassical column- using ephemeral, unruly structures to challenge idealism embedded in our surroundings. In this playful act of resistance, the work reclaims space for imperfection, fluidity, and the unrefined.
